prices for a fully setup supercharger pushing 450 bhp?

hi. so ive had my s2000 for about 18 months now and im in the mood for some more power. I just want to know a ball park figure for a well setup supercharger with everything needed i.e ecu, cooling ect. Aiming for the 450 bhp or more mark.

I can only speak from going down the supercharger route so allowing for the cost of the kit + ecu + wideband sensor + uprated brakes + uprated clutch + aftermarket manifold, exhaust + HFC + uprated susension you can easily spend £8k and that's not including any fitting costs.

Obviously it can be done for less if you are happy to keep the standard exhaust, manifold, brakes & suspension.

i already have hfc, q300, bilsterin coilovers and slotted and grooved disks with dixcel pads.

You could get a 2nd hand sos novi 1200 kit from the state second hand and buy an ecu, injectors etc for around 4k.

I budgeted £6k and pretty much spent that. Although that did include a fair bit of labour.

If you buy an s2000 for say £10,000 as spend another £8,000 putting supercharger on it, what's it worth when finished??

About £10k! I'm only half joking. It isn't a sound investment by any stretch, but that's not why people do it.
