Those badges are not cheap, I had to replace mine recently. Ended up getting them cheaper from HT Guy.

I remember reading your thread Lee. How do you go about getting them from HTG? They're not immediately available on his incredibly sloooow website.

Do you have to email a request?

Nope, never attempted a debadge. And if I did I wouldn't post such a failure on here for fear of a flaming.

My guess is that some barsteward has tried to pull it off but only done a half-arsed job of it. Maybe some cheapskate needed a 20th birthday badge?
