Default Quick Question...

Hi,

On a MY04+ is the heated rear screen/mirrors button supposed to light up when you put your headlights on and I don't mean the little amber light to say that its turned on.

Was messing with some wiring the other day and I'm not sure if i've blown a fuse but now I can't remember if it ever lit up or not

Cheers all
Rick

You may have blown the bulb in the switch

should be replacement bulb only.if it were fuse, then you'd have most the dash out.

I can't remember mine ever lighting up either but I took the switch out last night for a nosey.

There are two bulbs one for the orange "ON" light and on for the actual switch lighting.

Removed the bulb for the switch light and it was indeed blown, it might of always been like that I don't know.

The good thing is you can order new bulbs from Honda for you switches, a new one is ~£4.40+VAT.
