Default RC S2000

I finally finished my RC S2000. Its a very very rare car to find, took me over 8 months to find a replacement body, since the one i got when i bought it, was completely shot.

Anyway, after months of scavenging the internet and emailing lots of ppl, finally got all the parts. Trouble is, they were discontinues years ago.

Still got a few cosmetics to finish. Wish my real car looked as good.

LOL, well now that i have built it, i've driven it for about 5 minutes.

Its electric, rear wheel drive. M04L chassis, same one they use for the vw beetle.

Looking great,

I guess thats the Tamiya S2000?

I have a HPI Shell on a TT-O1 but am still looking to find a proper Tamiya one,

Don't those post protruding from the bonnet impede forward visibility?

Nice, the HPI ones look wicked, although not to scale.

The tamiya body wont fit the TT-01 chassis, they are quite small.

Also, they are near impossible to find.
