The work looks incredible - a real credit to Ray - showing up the body shop I have used that is for sure!

One question - is primer not porous? Would hate to see all that hard work neglected..

The other side appeared to be all sweet. I think the reason that side when was due to previous damage repair on the lower sill section. With respects to primer, I think it is porous but at least it offers some protection until its wrapped. Shouldn't be too much to worry about, as the main sections were covered in zinc primer and the rest was flatted back when blown over. Got to remember things don't last forever, only so much you can do to prevent these things.

Absolutely chuffed with the result. Its been left in primer for the last month or so, as I'm waiting for some warmer days to wrap it. Just deciding on a bit of livery to blend into everything without a massive re-spray.

Massive massive massive thank you to Ray for all the time and hard work gone into this repair. The techniques and attention to detail is amazing to watch and learn from. Cheers dude.

Hello,
Wow and that looks like an extremely tidy repair.

I am currently looking for somewhere that can do this repair to the same standard.

Could I ask where this was done and are they taking on any more work??

Thanks,

James

Also looking to have the same work done. Was very impressed by the work carried out by Daytona Autos in this thread and recently gave them a call. Unfortunately Ray (I believe) is not taking on this type of work at the moment. If anyone knows of anywhere that knows our cars well enough to repair to a similar standard I would love to know, as my rear arches are rotting pretty bad now.

Find a bodyshop that YOU trust. Show them the pictures of what you want done. Leave the car and parts with them. It's only a Honda, anything Japanese of this era will be made like this. Honda DelSols need the same treatment.

For a decent bodyshop, this is bread and butter stuff.
