Given how often people throw them into hedges, making it look prettier for 2 or 3 years is probably good enough. If it's a garage queen and worth taking care of, it most likely isn't rusty in the first place. Fine line between useable and paranoid.

I bought a S2K last August. Over the Xmas I decided to underseal, only to find a rust sill and a line of rust running around the inner arch. Not something I wanted to find after only a few months of ownership and I am not wealthy. Currently trying to save some pennies for the work that is going to be needed and I am happy to see the amazing work done to this car are not very far from me. Can you confirm they are in Congleton?
