Rear Upper ball joints
SO ive got a slight nock on the offisde rear and found it it be the rear upper ball joint gaiter has split and squirted all the grease out, has any body replaceed the ball joints for standard or has anybody used the SPC ball joints or the buddy club ones ?
im lowerd on bc-coils and the rearend got polly-bushed over last winter so everything else is tight at the back.

Right ive got myself some new Japspeed adjustable arms now with rose joint ends instead of ball joints that have the rubber covers over so thats ok,
The new arms have spherical bearings in where they bots to the subframe, im just wondering i have got polyurathane bushes in there at the moment is it worth it to swap the spherical bearings out and put in the polyurethane bushes ? i could go either way not relay bothered just would like some recommendations as ive never run spherical bearings before.
the car is a road car but not used much weekend / summer car
