I fancy a front and rear dashcam/reversing cam. I like the look of this one, but I'm not sure if it'll fit onto the S2000 mirror, as there's virtually no gap between the mirror and the roof/lamp cluster:
Has anyone tried one of these clamp-on-the mirror dashcams in their S2000?
If not, can anyone recommend a good front/rear cam?

Don't bother with cheap dashcams, they fail.

Don't bother with a dashcam with a battery - they expand and fail. You need one with a capacitor.

A119 is a good front only dashcam.and very reasonably priced (£80 ish?)

I've just moved mine on after a couple of years for the A129 dual cam setup, still trying to figure out where to mount the rear one. No back up camera thought.

Yes I currently use a front-only dashcam with a capacitor. The problem is that if I don't drive the car for a week or two the capacitor drains and I keep having to reset the date/time on it. It also uses a suction mount on the windscreen which generally falls off every couple of weeks
The rear/reversing cam is the main reason for upgrading. When you say that the A129 has no backup camera - wouldn't the rear camera be OK for parking?

I always thought the Blackvue cameras were pretty good, however they're rather expensive.
