Red badges?

I don't think the badges on a CTR will fit the S, IIRC, the rear and front badges on a CTR is different, rear being quite small.
I'm not sure what size exactly, I bought mine from Muz along with the mats. But ebay sell them too, but be careful some are poor quality. Ideally you want to get OEM Honda badges, from either honda themselves or various online shops from the sponsors on this site.

Mus is an Australian company which sells S2000 accessories. I just check their website http://www.prestigeautoaccessories.com/ but they don't have the red badge available anymore.

They are not cheap for what they are, so it's up you really.
Alternatively, ebay sell them http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-x-Genuine-Honda-Re...1QQcmdZViewItem but I will double check with the seller about the size.
Fitting is easy, takes less then 30mins. Basically get a hair dryer to warm up the badge so the glue softens. Then get some tooth floss and slowing cut 'slice' the badge from behind. The front badge is held in by push pins, so you will need to cut those off from behind. After that it should come off, clean the surface and stick on the new badge. Same for rear except you don't need to cut the pins.
