You will need to take the pistons out to change the seals, and yes the pistons should be cleaned up at the same time.

You might find it easier and cheaper to buy a refurb caliper from Brakes international. Fronts should be relatively easy to refurb but the handbrake mechanism on the rear will complicate their refurb.

OK...ill give that a try...like i said i have a second hand caliper coming tomorrow...so will get the car back on the road and then source refurbed parts there after...thanks for you comments.

Got my car back on the road yesterday....wow 5 days with my 'S' was painful!...will look at some refurb cailpers now...cheers Lower...brakes interantional looks like the way to go.
