Removing the air pump

The solenoid can be faulty on these, it's possible it's sticking on? Assuming you're in a state that allows it, maybe time for an air pump delete

Don't forget the airpump system on USDM cars is different to ours here, so it might be worth having a look on the american side of the forum for answers.

Is WinFreak still selling the air pump delete kit? Turns out the CEL I've had for a while is the air pump and Honda wants £1300 to replace it. -________-

He sold his S2000 but I think DeltaLima is still selling the kits on eBay

lol, it's dead easy - the most difficult bit is getting the metal pipework out from under the cross member - I'm sure I got some instructions with mine (well a couple of pictures of what it should look like anyway) - Tyneside is a little bit of a hike for me too

I finally got round to removing the air pump and pipe work. Thanks for Winfreaks great kit, no CEL, and no sucking for five minutes in start up
