Removing the fuel injectors
I'm going to get my injectors cleaned as I believe that is the root cause of my CEL and misfire at idle.
How easy is it to do?

Very!
1. take the black plastic cover off - 2 bolts ..
2. take the 5 (?) rail nuts off ..
3. prise the rail off the tops of the injectors ..
4. unclip the injector from the eletric loom ..
5. pull the injector out ..
6. start seeing things due to petrol fumes ..
I swapped mine in about 45 mins.

Thanks Bibbs. I assume that the fuel system would still be under pressuer, is there any way of releasing the pressure without getting petrol all over the engine? Also, do the seals come away with the injectors?

The seals for the rail should stay on the injector.
My seals for the manifold were 50/50. 2 stayed on the injector, 2 I prised out with my finger. Don't worry, they are faily chunky (polo mint size) and wont "fall in" unless really pushed.
Open your petrol cap, I also undid the FPR (as I needed to). But the rail itself will have loads of fuel in anyhow.
