Any pros/cons for opting for 70mm vs 63.5mm if running a standard exhaust system?

I'm assuming the 70mm is aimed at those running 70mm systems throughout and best to keep the diameters consistent.

Exactly!

Pro -- If you're planning on going for a 70mm exhaust system in the near future you'll be ok.
Con -- If you're staying with OEM exhaust, you'll have a step down in size after the cat which will hinder gas flow.

That was the advice I got from S2K Tuning, so I stayed at 63.5mm.

If I had to replace my cat, i'd be after an HKS item. They have what looks like the best build quality I've seen yet and there are plenty of UK distributors.

I could actually get it from Si@Hendy thinking about it. I'd also have it Zircotect coated to keep it as efficient as possible.
