I looked into this recently, I had the weighted facelift one which is alright but really wanted a moddiction one as listed above, however they messed me about with postage so I left it...

I ended up with the blox 490 from h tune. It fits perfectly and makes shift feel much better, and you can choose form a variety of colours for around £50..

The Moddiction one looks good. There aren't any prices on their website. How much did you pay including shipping etc?
With shipping it was USD 121.

My JDM knob was a little worn, so I removed it and mounted it in a pillar drill.

The application of a bit of fine sandpaper and then a polishing cloth and it was better than new.

Is there one that is not all metal? They get extremely hot and unbearable to touch when in the South of France. Mine is showing signs of wear and I would like to replace it.

Check out Buddy Club or Spoon knobs, shift feel is going to suffer a bit though since they are very light weight.

Default Gear Knob

Mine was badly scratched but i liked the feel of the standard one.
Just removed it , masked off the leather to protect it & used wet & dry paper then a lot of polishing with Autosol chrome cleaner.
Looks amazing now
