Beauty matey

Out of curiosity, what have you done with the PCV valve and venting bits on the cam cover?

Shaved them off. Welded small plates over the holes and I am now running 2x -12an breather fittings out the back of the cam cover. Just again to be neat and tidy really. Also with the boosting its good to add some extra ventilation to allow the pressure to escape putting less pressure on seals and gaskets etc...

Okay, so things are thankfully moving on a bit now at the bodyshop. I popped down this morning to take a look at progress and the rear aches have been skilfully added to the OEM bodywork and blended in such a way that it looks like that's how it was meant to be. There are not many Tamon kits out there anyway, but this one is different due to the detailed approach we are taking with the bodyshop to ensure every detail is considered.

First picture is how it actually looked. Second picture is only a representation that I put together in photoshop with the rear ducktail added. Its a bit off to be fair but I wanted to get a rough idea of how it will look with the boot and ducktail blended in.

More to come very soon. But any progress is good progress to me! At the minute and I must say I am very happy with how he has executed the attachment and blending of the rear wide body arches and bumper fitment to keep a nice constant panel gap.

Cheers Mt Jim!

Finally eh!? It looks like it will be all done and dusted in November. We are showing the car at Autosport in January 9-12th at the NEC. Would be good to see some of you guys there to have a good look around the car. Will confirm stand number as it get closer to the date.

Rob, the kit sits amazingly well. I'm not so sure whether I like to spoiler but that could be because of photoshop...
