mods aren't my forté, so why use spherical bearings over poly? i cant find much on google about why you'd use them or pros/cons..

They provide a better more positive feel to the suspension. They wont squat or adjust toe/camber under breaking/acceleration as much as poly will. They will last longer and require less maintainance to keep them smooth and peachy. I have had polys before any they do wear and become squeeky if not properly maintained.

Downside is the spherical cost a little more money. I'm waiting for a quote from Asura. Will post info up as soon as I know.

might as well donate your kidneys now if your planning on spherical bushes, no compliance at all, as you say perfect for track set up as there is no flex at all
not sure about lack of maintenance, if you dont go for the expensive sealed units they soon rust and pit

The Asura are fully sealed and apparently for a friend who uses them with much success they are only minimally more hash that the polybushes but with more benefits. As said the downside is the expense. Weighing it up I may still be better off going with the polys...
