Ive done a quick sketch to show how im seeing it. The lower lip to the arch which Rob will add gives the arch strength. I have drawn that lip in here.

Did you powder coated the disc? always want to do the same thing, sandblasting, zinc plating and yellow chromate and powder coating, but never got the time to do it, will probably do it in the Summer =]

No mate. Thats how they come. They are Dixel discs from Dixon at DMS. The best you can get in combo with their pads and braided lines imo. I dont think there is need for anything more on a street car.

Hello thanks for reply, would you mind to tell me how to do the diff, driveshafts, diff mounts after sandblasting them? Did you just prime it and spray with some high temp paint? I know there are some anti rust primer/paint like the por15. thank you=]

I prepped all the driveshafts, diff and diff mounts with your usual suspects. Sand paper and scotch brite and then just used hammerite. Anything that had rubber parts like the CV boots on the shafts or rubber in the mounts I did by hand. Shotblasting would have just been a mare...It was fine for all the suspension arms because I was fitting fresh bushes and balljoints etc.

You need a 10" wide rim on that rear now it has been flared out so much!

I dont think it will look very good with that design that you have mocked up. It is going to look too boxy and un natural to the car's body. A bit like overfenders! I dont think the flare needed to be that major.
I hope it works out for you though! You know I love this build.

Tommy only fools and women look at things half finished...Haha

I went down again last night and its sitting perfect. The flare he produced in the pics were pre trimming for the lip remember...And its smooth and flowing like the rest of the s2k lines. I think you may have misinterpreted my drawing dude. It should all work out
