the tread pattern definately looks the wrong way around to me,
might be worth going to your tyre fitter and having a complain
they have insurance to cover things like this if you can prove they fitted it wrong!!

miight get you some cash for the turbo build

You know what...I thought that too as I just downloaded it, even said the same thing just now to my brother. Thing is...I've not touched their orientation since I bought the car back in July. Not that I'm blaming that for my off. Im going to check said wheel now

Difficult to prove it was a tyre fitter - the previous owner might have swapped them to hide tyre wear on the inner part of the tyre.

See if both are the wrong way around - if that is the case then the wheels have been swapped over and tyres were probably fitted correctly.

Check the fronts too.

Actually you know what. I had that tyre repaired in September. I have the reciept here from Mr Tyre. It had a slow puncture which they patched and then they refitted the tyre. Obviously now I know they fitted it the wrong way round now. So would I have a case seeing as I have the reciept and these photos?

Might be worth a try, but I think you'd be lucky to get anywhere

Bet you'll check your tyres after any fitting now, I always watch them do it and I'm paranoid about them getting them the right way round

If you photoshop all the snow out of the picture you might have a better chance
