Rockingham - 30 S2000 required

Damn shame about the date, its the day before the Septmeber meet otherwise I'd definately be up for this. I think the missus would blow her top if I even mention it.

Bad timing isn't it? I would have loved to drive around the oval. What do you reckon his chances of getting 30 cars together are?

I think i'll mail the guy also - more miles in the S2000 sounds good to me

Going to use my work mail address though - being honest we don't know this guy from Adam. I know its only a 'what if', but someone who can collate 30+ home addresses for S2000's has access to a lot of money's worth of cars !!

Sorry to be suspicious, but the world climate makes me feel that way at the moment.

The Rockingham site has it listed at 15 mins for the parade, from just before 12 noon.

I'll confirm depending on what he says, but Rockingham is only ~50 miles from me so why not?

My local Honda dealer phoned me today to ask whether I was interested in attending the Rockingham event (with my S2000), so this is definitely an official Honda thing. I said I was very interested so she is getting the "information" in the post to me.

If the package is as good as she claims then I will definitely attend - quite fancied seeing the Champ cars at Rockingham anyway, so the opportunity to get free VIP tickets, privileged parking and a drive around the track seems ideal

Lizand I live in Corby and have put our name forward for this event.
If a member of s2000 wishes to take part we will try to put you up on Friday night if it makes it simpler for you.
Liz and I have booked in a hotel for the September meet so we are unable to extend this for Saterday night but might find alternitive if required.
I will leave Tel. No. with paul if required.

Hi!

Thanks to those of you who have responded and my apologies for the date clash with your 'meet' on the 23rd!!

Glad to see that contact thru some of the dealers has validated my message ... but the thought of having 30 S2000's to myself would be fun!

We are looking forward to seeing the S2000's circulating the Rockingham oval.

So far about 15 people have committed to take part, so there is still some space!
