Default Removing interior trim

How would you go a out removing this trim would it require the full door car to come off or can you just pull this trim away from the door?
Thanks

It usually falls out when the door cards are removed. I suspect you can semi-remove the card enough to pop it out and over the latch.

One screw behind the handle and then it'll come away, but you'll have to rotate it through 90 degrees to fit the handle through the slot in it.

Thanks for the replies I'm going to paint these silver to brighten up the dark interior. Also everytime I have a passenger in at night they can never find the door handle to get out

I'd suggest getting the ones that glow in the dark.

I just point out that the handles are in front of the grab handle. Much less hassle!

What am I thinking of then? Perhaps because I removed my cards and these bit keep falling out after removal. I dunno.

The Leg End has little blue LEDs in the door handles. Actually, it's got them all over the shop.

Just a hint for a tarty Kustom bild project...
