Still tying to decide on refurb vs replace, and the Subzero has popped up on my radar.

I have two questions
1 - What do you think (on a Silverstone car)
2 - The offset is ET45, I'm looking on rimstyle and it has matched the tyres to 215/45/17 (front) and 225/45/17 (rear). But I'm not convinced the rear is wide enough? Thoughts?
