Rotor Rubbing in one Area - Help!

I'd try sanding the high side of the face back to bright steel first.

It's hardly anything 'out'

Not a bad idea. It's not much out but clearly enough to affect the braking! I'll give it a shot...

Well, an hour and a half of freezing temperatures later with some 320 grit wet & dry and the hub is reading a max of 0.01mm out and the disc has a max of 0.03mm

I was intending to try and improve a little more, but I had to give up when I couldn't feel my feet or fingers any more

They are well within spec and would be surprised if they cause an issue to be 100% you can have the discs skimmed in-situ which accounts for any hub or mounting problems
