Would the s run quiet comfortably on 18's or is there many/any modifications needed to make them fit or woud they rub....

The car has stock suspension....

A lot depends on the type of wheel and the offsets.

A lot who have tried them on this forum (not me) say they ruin the sublime handing this car has.

if you put bigger wheels on without lowering the car... it makes the car look worse...imo

RISLAR has 18' and says its great his wheel are correct offset etc.

18" are ok to run, if you get the offset right.

I know as i have had 18" on my car, and so does Rislar as he also had my old 18" on his car.

Have 18s and as long as you stick a good tyre make/model on then not much different imho.
