Hello,

My rear OS inner wheel arch has developed some rust and requires work to be carried out. Along with a few other areas that require touching up.

Can any one recommend any decent car body shops in Nottingham/Derby area? Preferably that you have used.

I have used paintology in Notts for paint. I'm picky and was happy with it

Just paint.

Awkward paint as that hood is ally and the previous job was shit so had to go back to bare metal

There was a thread on here for your kind of repair recently but not local.

I have used a guy in Kirkby in Ashfield called Sean Roe. Have known the guy for years, only a small shop and sometimes has a long waiting list but he sorted my arches out and am very happy with the work, was a lot bigger than we originally thought with a lot of metal needing to be cut out. I will see if I have any pics anywhere to show you. Am planning on getting him to sort out my bumper when I get round to it.

Sorry for the terrible picture quality but you can see what looked like surface rust and then what it was like when rubbed back. He then fabricated a new piece and blended it into the rear of the car. Personally I think it looks great.

Thanks for all the recommendations. I have begun to ring some and now need to take my car there so they can give me quotes. Will keep you posted. Thanks again!
