See for me it's not worth spending that much on a repair - as long as it comes back rust free, water tight and with the paint good .... if it lasts another 10 years then that's good enough.

Trip north to see Andy @ Integrastellar - worth the 2 hour drive for the craic tbh Got me a rust free full rear quarter and a straight rust free wing.

Now to book in with bodyshop.

Andy is an interesting fella to say the least - took me out in his bonkers Evo 9 many moons ago! Good luck with the bodyshop!

johnc, are you sure the £300 labour etc is not just to paint the panels? I looked into it in London and that's what honda would have come to, PLUS an estimate of £2000-2500 labour to remove the old and fit 2 new panels, so £4500 all in for 2 rear arches.

its a friend who owns the body shop so is doing me a favor plus hes painted my car twice now so has the paint ready to go.
He specialises in classic full nut n bolt restos to classics. He had Aston martins and jags in his workshop last year, i dread to think the costs of restoring them!!
