Yes Martin the SOS kit I had now you have ..... Has a very good reliability record , however it does weigh a lot more than the tts kit , but for this application I held the tts Super charger in my hand and it weighs a bit less or about the same weight as the alternator but the biggest problem with the westfield is limited space for everything . We have to remember that this SC kit is a development kit car and I was offered it towards the end of the build . Hopefully the car will be finished and delivered to me in 2 weeks time .

Yeah hope so and with the custom diff as they guy who built it to suit the westfield weight so he set the plated LSD to 180 something or other ? and I asked for new ratio to match the s2000 so rather than the 3.64 cossey ratio we went for 4.1 so should be interesting on the road . I don't think I ll get to drive it we will wait add see what happens

im running a westy with s2000 engine, and also looked into supercharging it.. the main probs youre having, lie with the radtec radiator (I believe yours is a radtec one or westfield alloy one isn't it?) as the core is pretty thick, it makes life hard to get the intercooler in front of it.... Your oil cooler is massively overkill, but if it was me, Id try to get the oil cooler relocated somewhere near where the intercooler now it, as it will do its job well enough, whether or not the air flow is low pressured or not, and try to get the intercooler in front of the radiator, even if it means fettling with the current radtec mounting points to bring it a touch back-
Ive read somewhere that radtec can make integrated radiators and intercoolers purpose built- might be worth a question--- give them the diameters of your nose and see what they can do... I wouldn't worry if the radiators efficiency isn't quite what it would have been, as they are so bloomin good, itll still have no probs.. I can run my std s2000 westy on the std polo rad, and it copes fine.
realistically I would have thought that you should be pushing 400-450hp with the right airflow?? I mean 350hp in a westy will blow your mind, as 240 is quite a lot (when vtec is engaged), but the beauty with going s.charger will be simply the torque difference in lower revs.
nice one though! Ive been talking about doing the charger conversion for a while, and you've beaten me to it!

Still waiting , now just moved down stairs to save climbing them, hopefully soon as had to call doctor out last week due to extreme pain and lack of movement , thanks for asking too I appreciate that . I m not sure what westfield will do but the figure s they wanted where 350 as anything over that would be dangerous as this will be a production model . Also the urge/ endyn design engine is finished and ready for shipping back here so all these things are happening now while I m unable to get about.

i m sure westfield will update the website with the costs for this kit as this ones mine but i agreed to having the super charger kit fitted last minute when i drove up there last year with the honda engine in the back of the van i got there and was welcomed with a cup of tea and simon but the shiny supercharger in my hand and said would i want one fitted , this being westfields first supercharged S2000 engined kit car i said yes , i had just lost my Dad so thought life is too short as he was meant to have built this car with me in the start . Anyway i think cost wise you could look up tts website for the cost and add that to the mega s2000 kit car price on the website to get a rough price , also remember theres a lot of developments here so its not cheap but compaired to the ariel atom this would be a better buy ...
