and no gold star for me on my grammar and '1337' spelling....... gimme chance, i'll improve!

also 2k is completely different from ANY car i've use at all - it's rwd for one. all my previous cars have been fwd and 185bhp max. lots to learn, and no i wont be sliding it into trees - thats what track days are for... speaking of which, is there anywhere on this site that trackdays/meets are organised so i can view at my pleasure?

With regards to your original question, I've parked my S on the street in Cheylesmore, Coventry for the last 3 years without any problems. Admittedly, I put the hard top on when we go away on holiday, but so far, it's always been there and still in one piece when we come back.

My car is on the street most of the time and not always in the nicest of areas and I don't have problems, just don't leave anything on display in the car to tempt the little F**kers.
