Can't play vids at work, but mine had rattle at about that rev range that I eventually traced to the exhaust heat shield. Had a rusty bolt that was rattling rather than fixing. Was a very easy and cheap fix.

I had a rattle from within the catalytic converter as the honeycomb filter had become loose and rattled at around 3k RPM. I must admit it didn’t sound that the videos posted but it’s worth a check. If it is that then it’s a new cat I’m afraid.
