Default S2000 Toy

For those of you who like collecting Toys of your Toy.

I'm not sure if these models have already been posted already somewhere - but I finally got my hands on some radio controlled S2000's down at the local supermaket. These are the first bigger models I have seen so far.

Ironic that the plastic window on the toy looks better quality than the original - I guess they know something about plastic which Honda doesn't.

Can these be purchased online? Shipping to the USA is probably a fortune...

A surfing I go!

I don't know the availability outside of Japan - but locally they cost 1980yen for the smaller one and 2780yen for the larger model - so pretty cheap. They are not high end stuff for racing or anything.

The smaller road version (Radi Can) is neater since the package it comes in is robust and can be re-used easily for storing. The radio gear is circular and just clips in the end of the can.

Those toys look great.
I like the rollbar in the racing Stook.
Toys like those are unavailable in the u.k. unless you import.

I had to import it from www.exoticar.com
At the time I simply could not get my hands on a black model in this country (1:18). I have subsequently seen one in Manchester.
I have a further 3 die cast stooks for christmas, all of different scales.
The detailing on the Autoart is superb, I can highly recommend them. They do other sizes also.

The Radi-can model looks just like the Tyco Canned Heat version. I went into my local toys r us to find out about getting hold of one because they stock the Canned Heat series but to my discust they didn't have any & don't know if they are going to get any in. Does any one know where i can get one in the UK?

Think Exoticars may have gone out of business | abandoned the web | changed names - get the 'y're and idiot for putting this address in' message - both direct and from links on other sites.
Howsomeever found a model shop in York that does Autoart - emailed them - see what happens. No I don't own shares!
