S2000 Toy

I have one of the Tomy 'Bit-Car-G' remote contol S2000's on my desk (Spa yellow, hood up - I also have a Silverstone car on order) - it is very much the same size as the one in Kobe's picture, and again is rear wheel drive - but has an electric motor, rechargable battery (from the remote control handset) and has all the r/c circuitry gubbins packed in there as well - I think it holds the record for being the smallest (commercially available) r/c car in the world. As well as the basic set up, I also have 2 different motors (different power o/p) 3 grades of tyres (soft - hard) 3 different suspension set ups (soft to hard) and 3 different steering racks!! The detail is stunning. The basic car and r/c box costs about

The one in my pic is actually clockwork and a couple of quid - so not so high tech.
I saw something recently on CNN about this micro controlled cars on - they apparently have race circuits set up in the night clubs in Japan. You bring your car down to race with your drinking mates. Change tyres whilst waiting for the next round to get served up - .
- it's so cheap and compact because the electronics come from cell phone technology or something like that.

If enough people wish the purchase the car shown in Kobe's post then I would be willing to bring in a shipment by air via Osaka. I would need to check duty rates and carton weights to give an accurate landed price. We accept most major credit cards so purchase would be fairly painless.
I'm not in the toy business but do have min of 2 shipments from Japan per week, so I could bring in anything required. For large items such as hardtops (if cheap enough) then it's a min of 3 weeks shipping by sea, if your willing to pay for air freight then deliveries take a max of 3 days inclusive of customs clearance.
Hope that dosen't sound like Spam!
