Unhappy Sad day for my s2000

So my diff has gone bang.
Currently in the garage in bits...

My question is what next?

I'm thinking an Mfactory LSD and changing the final drive whilst it's in bits.

But i know very little and want the best option as its going to get rebuilt.

No completely stock.
Bit baffled to why it blew but probably down to my urges to do 180 turns instead of 3 point turns.

I think you're probably right, Just need to keep an eye out for a good used one.

I have a puddy mod stage 2. Pricey but is holding up, only time will truly tell though. If not FI just stick a second hand unit it... just try and get a good one...

Is that what's happening in your avatar? Only just noticed.

You might have heard of Normal for Norfolk but East Yorkshire looks a whole lot more interesting

I put a secondhand one in, because mine was whistling like a kettle.

I think the garage might have missed the first oil change. And they don't like racing starts...diffs, not garages.

annoying that Nick.. when i went through the receipts for my FHSH unmolested car they seemed oblivious to Hondas suggestions

the coolant was like ribena and i dont think anything had been done to schedule. i DIY now and just overdo it if in doubt
