Went to Santa Pod on Sunday to do my first 1/4 mile sprint runs. Excellent day Went with some RX-7's and a Supra.
Out of 4 runs my best time was 14.83s which I thought was quite good for a first time. With each run I was getting more adventurous with the revs and when I got my fastest time I managed to drop the clutch from 4000rpm. Wheel spun like crazy though How these guys in the US drop it from 7-8000rpm is beyond me.
For pictures and movies check out Santa Pod

The BBS wheels where already on the vehicle when I got the car. There are an option for the Japanese model. They look the same as the standard wheels except for an extra spoke. Check out this page for what they look like Custom Color Plan
I am thinking of getting bigger wheels, maybe 17" or 18" with low profile tyres but that will probably be begining of next year.
