Default Rewiring aeromotive fuel pump

Looks like I'm needing to rewire my aeromotive 340lph fuel pump.
my car is an 03 and has 1000cc deatschwerks injectors.
Needing some advise on how to rewire it, IV been told that if I'm rewiring direct to battery then I will need to get a crash sensor to cut the pump in the event of an accident.

can anyone help or point me in the correct direction.

Thanks

I'm assuming you're suffering from voltage drop, could you not upgrade the wiring and relay and use the existing fuel pump wiring to activate the relay ?

i.e. fit a kit like this https://www.aeromotiveinc.com/produc...mp-wiring-kit/

Yes voltage is dropping
I suppose that is exactly what I'm looking to do.
garage were concerned about safety in event of a crash and fuel pump not switching off.

The built in inertia cutoff should do the job https://www.s2ki.com/forums/uk-irela...switch-940528/

Ah superb.
that answers that.

I'll need to order the kit or rig one up.
I'll have a look at it and see what will cause me less hassle/time.

Thanks
