Thanks, ive just been on the phone to honda, they state that you cannot buy the bushes seperately and have to by a new arm in the excess of £400, any ideas ?

Though I think I went with Powerflex purples for them in the end.


Some people have got (~£120 each I think ? ) replacement pattern front lower arms from www.importcarparts.co.uk - so might be worth giving them a call to see if they can get the rear lower arms.

I fitted Mugen compliance bushes on the front of mine, seem well made and a big up yer bollox to Honda for being parts capitalist knobbers

Fergal get on the blower to si at hendy for some spoon bushes if you want to stay more OEM, I personally prefer going through si as he's awesome to deal with, also if your doing the job yourself and you need to borrow a press then you can use mine no probs

Smile seized bolts

Ok so took the plunge and had all the rear bushes replaced and the alignment done, wow what a difference, thanks for the advice everyone, happy motoring.

went for energy suspension bushes for both the rears, no particular reason for this, just what my local garage recomended from tegiwa
