Default Service history

Hi,

I could use help. I have bought a S2000 in the UK last year and I have imported it to the Netherlands. Great car, nothing wrong with it but I’m interested in the full service history because it's not just a car, it's a passion. :-)

The car came with a lot of Honda dealership invoices but not enough to fill in the blank spaces. What is the best way to get the information I’m looking for? Honda NL is not able to check the UK database and both UK Honda dealerships, where the car has been serviced, don’t respond to email.

I would try giving them a call and ask to speak to the service department. They would be able to pull up the details from their systems very easily if you have the UK registration number.

I can fully empathise with your passion

Not exactly service related but if you put the original UK registration number into this site you can see the MOT history and any previous advisories from 2005 onwards so might be useful to you:
https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history

Hope this helps, enjoy your S

@You reds
Thank you! Unfortunately it doesn't work, maybe because the UK registration number (WG05 VBP) is no longer in use?

@Lovegroova
I have the UK registration number but two Honda dealerships that do not respond to a normal email, not customer friendly... :-)

Might be the car was on a private plate and only swapped back to WG05 VBP when it was sold.

I don't think so, all the invoices I've got (from different years) show this registration number.

Does anyone know if the service history database can be accessed by every UK dealership or can they only see the cars they serviced themselves?

How strange It could be because you are outside the UK, but I just put the reg. number in and it worked for me. Rather than copy and paste the results in a ridiculously long post, I'll drop you a PM.

Hi, sorry this is off topic but what suspension do you have on the car and how do you find it?

I really like the way it looks and want mine to look the same, but still drive well on the road

Hi GC84, it's a KW Suspensions Variant 2 coilover set. It should have been there when the car left the factory. I think that says it all... :-)
