Default She arrives!

Just to spread the word as I'm soooo excited. My new S has arrived in Dublin Port and is just waiting for the customs to get done with it and all my monies to be transfered etc..
I've been told I might be able to collect it tomorrow!!!

So be prepared for all my questions over the weekend. I'll be able to give people an update on the "Fat-Nav" situation then too.

Just a quick one, I know some will say use the search facility....... well I have and I can't get a difinitive ans..
so my question is:
What size rear tyres should I use. They only have 3mm thread left.. Wheels are Pro-Drive GS0-5's (or something similar, they are 5 spoke and I think they are GS something) Can I put on 255 rears or should I stick to 245's??

Thanks,

Oisin

Mine's a JDM so if you want info..just shout.

Tyres ? I'd go 245 Goodyear Eagle F1's

1st thing is check the oil level before you drive it

Good luck with it - its a great looker

Brilliant , I hope you really enjoy it.

I'm sure some techy will help you with the tyre sizes etc.

Don't forget to post the usual...pics of the car from 17 different angles!!

Thanks guys!
So should I bring some oil to the port when I'm collecting it??
Its a MY 05, so I don't know if that has an impact on tyre size..

Oh, new digital camera just bought, so pics on the way...

check the FAQ for tyre sizes. I'd buy Bridgestone RE050A or RE050 as those were designed with the S2k in mind and they are VERY good.

I was going to go for the Bridgestones alright but just wasn't clear on 245 or 255...
What are the pros and cons of going 255?
Anyone..??
