Yeah, what Paul said! Again!
Smoked loads through there and no fuel starvation. Definately a S2000 strong point on the track and also the place where the back-end went at the top of third gear . Only change for me was that third gear onto the straight was much smoother and I was hitting 121 in the wet before the fast chicane but that is my speedo which isn't as accurate as the speed trap, I presume.

first trip with only 4000 miles saw 125mph max on the speedo, presumed a little more run in the second time.
Fastest trap speed recorded on the How-Fast day: 135 mph Ford Sierra RS500.
Fastest time of the day Sutcliffe from Autocar in works prepared Caterham R500 (that he later wrote off!) 2 min 34 .20 secs.
Goodwin of Autocar in same car 2 min 42.65secs, shows what a good driver can do.
I suspect with ten weeks intensive training on this course you could gain 5 or 6 seconds, a few drivers got lost on this circuit!! I kept forgetting half of it! This was a big advantage for the Palmer drivers.

So is there a show of hands for a day at Bentwaters or Kemble?
Sounds like there's a fair few of us into track days now. Elvington outside of York has loads of run off and is a good first timer airfield, though it can get a bit repetitive. Bentwaters (Ipswich) is more challenging but the run off isn't as vast, though still impressive, and has a circuit like feel....
Bentwaters has a long straight that caused me some brake fade. I'm getting 5.1 fluid before I take the S2000 there again.
Paul - I'm surprised about the EVO's and Impreza's taking as long to stop. My impreza stops about as quick as the S2000 even though the S2000 has a weight advantage.
Cedric - First upgrade people normally do to there cars for track days is the brakes! If I keep the Impreza it'll be going to Prodrive for the Brembo upgrade
