No, it looked exactly as it did on the photos, nice enough finish and shape... Just need to sort the sticky up problem which it seems is common with these...

p.s. what is the ball pen hammer trick?!

There is a recess in the o/s bonnet lid frame to let the air in. You need to enlarge this recess using the ball pein part if the above (hold bonnet skin in flat of your hand & tap the frame upwards) where the frame hits the corners of your snorkel.

Tidy up with gaffer tape.

Mine after the adjustment - no hammers involved.
I admit there is a slight lift but very very small.

So I assume that as people are not recommending cutting the bonnet (as they did for the Muz snorkel I got off Bibbs) that this one fits better?
