Not for me, if you think the S headlights are poor 
you should see the ones on my wifes Fiesta, the range on these act as a speed limiter.

That's actually why the Civic has rice lights - the projectors are better than the shit H4s.
Or they were excellent when I made my own with Hella units. I swapped for some with Chinese projectors (long story) and they're a bit shit too.
