Soft top cover

Soft top cover
Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a cover that only covers the soft-top hood? Im faced with street parking, and if I cant help it this can mean under a tree, where Im exposed to falling tree produce, bird poo and sap. Whilst getting this on the paintwork is annoying, its the hood Im most paranoid about. I have a full car cover, but from speaking to people who have parked on the street with a car cover, they say theyve been hit by people who cant park, and the cover makes it harder to gauge where the car is, and also people thing is an unused/dormant motor....
So in an ideal world, Id like a cover that covers the soft top roof (that I can fasten by catching the sides of it inside the window, and preferably secure the back of it by closing the boot on it. Even more neat would be if it had so kind of rigid "wedge", which you could wedge between where the back of the soft top meets the body, so help secure it in place.
Clearly Im clutching at straws here, and thats too much of a project for me to make, but can anyone recommend any decent "half" cover?
PS also needs to enable my parking permit on the windscreen above my tax disc to be visible.
I need to get the hard top of soon!
Cheers
Dave

How about this half cover from Vertar?

I don't have one, but I have bought from this company before, and their service is first rate.
