Wife and I made mine from some alcantara we found in one of her haberdashery shops for a £5

Ours landed up going all the way back to the window and I keep thinking how much better it would be if it also covered the shoulder area

Sorry no pattern made trial and error and a very good seamstress

I did DIY one before I had Robin's. So it is possible without sewing, as I glued mine together.

Does alcantara stretch?

I did a bit of a DIY with some fleece on the 2 parts above the seats and it seemed to restrict the roof a little, it didn't sit as low as it usually does, I was thinking maybe the fleece isn't stretching so the roof material isn't able to bend as much

Nope - it's worse than leather for stretching
