Soft top roof seal repair
Drove along the M42 last night with the roof down to hear the passenger yelling that the roof was coming apart - thankfully that was mostly just female melodrama and it was actually just this part pictured below, flapping in the wind:
What do I need to reseat this? I've searched and it's come up with stormsure to re-glue the leading end but it looks as if it was silicone'd on in the first place. Would regular Homebase style, clear drying sealant work here?

Cheers fellas, I'll give it ago with some of the aforementioned stuff. Had to drive yesterday with giant bulldog clips holding it in place - not the look I was going for
