i'd buy a used one, i had a diff and box off integra, he's trustworthy imo.

If you are prepared to wait then one might come up for sale. There was one which sold on Facebook for £4K which was a 2005 engine with 30k miles on the clock with fsh.

I took the plunge on Saturday and bought Ian's (Fat bloke) engine and box from a breakers in the Midlands. Andy Vey is going to fit it for me. So all being well I'm sorted.
