Default Which Sport Catalytic Convertor?

Hi again, Planning to get a sport cat fitted to my car. currently have a decat with cel fix, but i think the cel fix is broken as the CEL has appeared. Want to get a sport cat now as i heard there isnt much difference in performance. Just wanting any recommendations and past experience with a sport cat. cheers guys

I am using Berk Hi-Flow Cat, no issue, no CEL, passes MOT like twice with it now.

No noticeable difference to performance. Bare in mind that the Honda OEM one is fairly efficient already to begin with. Even if you fitted Sport Cat + aftermarket exhaust system, you would only gain ~2-3 horsey max. However, the Berk Hi-Flow Cat is definitely lighter than the OEM and does change the exhaust note slightly.

There had been some threads saying that a de-cat passes MOT without issue. So that goes to show how efficient the current system is.
