Default Off to Spa, need some tyre choices

10% DISCOUNT CODE AVAILABLE FOR ZESTINO TYRES: KEENS2000
www.zestinotyres.co.uk

I am off to Spa in October followed by the ring and my PS4 are coming to end of life, ran them for years and love them but I just want that bit more now.
I want something more grippy than the PS4 as I am at the limit of these now and they are holding me back (fall away after 2 laps).
It lives on the track apart from driving to and from it, here are the ones I was looking at but struggling to find anyone who has tried them on an S2000...

Zestino Gredge 07RS
651 XTRA
NS-2R

My budget is around £500 so cant stretch to the AR1, also I haven't welded up my spot welds yet so the worry is too much mechanical grip might make them crack!
F: 225/45/17, R:255/40/17
Open to other suggestions too

Thoroughly recommend the Yoko AD08R, although they're not available anymore, but the AD09 is just out and appears to be even better.

I've seen a few NS-2R reviews on here, I think. You may do pretty well looking in the US forums, though they have a lot more choice.

I enjoyed my old R888s at Spa, though they were horrid on the road.

Are you after standard 17" sizes?

It's also worth adding that, thanks to the long straights, the tyres don't tend to overheat as much at Spa as they do for some other circuits, in my experience.

I was going to suggest the new AD09 as well, they're getting really good reviews and seem the perfect road and track tyre - but that comes at a cost, they'll be well over 500 a set I would think.

The NS2R are ok, I'm using them just now, if you're just needing a tyre that won't overheat on track they'll do the job but won't be the fastest. They're fairly hard so wear well, still noisy like most track tyres though (not R888 level of noise though!).

Ns2r are great budget wise. Altho ar1 not much more unlike they used to be.. i found with ns2r after few laps they can overheat if boosted. But on mine was fine for ten laps around brands..
i be on yokos next. May even buy anotber set of wheels with a dedicated track tyre

I forgot to say I'm boosted but only 330whp.
The AD09 do look good but yeh I cant get the front in the size needed as well as coming out as an expensive option.
I am very tempted to just get a set of those acellera 651 XTRA and see what happens as they come out at £300 so worth a shot.
My boss has the normal 641 on his jap import mr2 turbo and they handle really well.

Possibly DZ03G? Very good (fast) track tyre but very expensive!
