On a question of sexual equality, why is it that she is still as beautiful as the day I married her, and I'm a bald headed grizley old man?

Give a thought as well to the lady in the passenger seat. She, also, is beyond the first flush of youth, but never tells me, "You can't do that!"

1) Major respect to you for not letting the weather get in your way. Were you sporting winter tyres at all?
2) What a sweet thing to say about your dear wife
3) She is a better woman than me not to exclaim some concern at all your adventurous driving!
Well done that man!

Great stuff Dennis
I know that part of the world very well indeed, in fact I once had the brakes go on a 2CV whilst coming down Kirkstone Pass on the Windermere side. I imagine the effect was very similar to your descent in the S2000.
