Stone Chip Repair
Picked up a nasty chip on my drivers side wing, presumably from a stone, its left a nice crater and he paint is slightly lifted, it's hard to explain.
I had a go at repairing it on saturday with a hairdryer, Honda touch up paint, a needle, a DA and some thinners to level it off.
The result is ok but I'm not fully pleased with it.
Are there any other methods I might use to get more of an invisible repair? I've got a few bits to do but I lack the confidence to take on anything more than a stone chip at the moment, and don't want to make it look worse from trying anything silly.
Thanks!

I was looking into stone chip repair on the weekend. There are some threads on Detailing World if you are feeling brave enough to use wet&dry sandpaper. I'm considering Langka but waiting for better weather!

Gonna grab some Meguiars 3000 unigrit and give it a go.
