Default Strongflex polybush kit

Has anyone used this kit on their car?? If i was to buy the kit would i be best off buying powerflex polybush compliance bushes?? Dont have the money to do the full powerflex bush kit.

Got them on all my rear,the only thing is they do not have s/steel internal tubes that's it..
Going for mugen/Honda front compliance caster bushes is a must do..

Got them front and rear on mine and all ok so far after a year. Stick with rubber for the compliance bush though.

Is the strongflex compliance bush any good?? The car isnt a daily driver, its just a toy and plan to do some track days next year

No it looks to be crap, I would definitely get the Powerflex compliance bushing instead.
The other ones are probably fine.
Going rubber on the compliance when the rest is poly, not sure if that is such a good idea?

Yes the Powerflex compliance use a spherical polyurethane bearing in a metal cage.
Mine are on the second season now and still seems to be working great

I bought the full kit but ive only installed all the rear at the minute will get round to the front when it goes back into hiding over the winter, just make sure you grease up the bolts and metal inserts/liners well, it seems a good kit chamfered edges inside the bushes is a cross hatch pattern to hold more grease and the metal sleves inserts are too

I went for the Red kit which is not as stiff hard as the yellow kit.

Can i ask why dose everyone swap out the Compliance bush to Standard honda or Mugen and not use the poly one ? its a question i always wondered.

The strongflex one doesn't seem to offer much compliance at all.
Spherical or an OEM rubber style bushing seems like a much better choice.
