Thanks for the replies guys. This is making my choice to buy strongflex much easier. Was expecting alot of replies saying they were rubbish but i was wrong

Honda suspension has an passive stability type design the geometry changes to suit it load conditions thus making it more user friendly.

Would you say that the yellow bushes are too hard for the road?
Also, looking at the pictures, it looks like they come with the metal sleeves?
I currently have some powerflex ones on my front lower arms (as they started to collapse), and Mugen casters - would I be ok to finish the rest of the car with these?

Assuming that it's the most cost effect way, or would you suggest buying all bits separately seeing as I already have parts? Also, I presume that the ARB measurements provided on the site are correct for a 2002 model?
