Default Suitable connection to rear breather port

Can anyone recommend a suitable connection to replace the stock pcv on my00 (I believe later years are different).

Perhaps an elbow connection, or can you take out the internals of the pcv?

Thanks

Sorry to invade your post but what did you use to blank off the pcv hose port on the manifold? (I think you did this, if not ignore me)

I had some thing lying around, a black cap,and I used a small hose clip. If you goto a scrapyard some cars have these caps on.
